Three screened porches bring the charm of Pawleys' north end into this newer two-story beach home. The spacious kitchen and dining areas with tile flooring open out to the largest porch commanding a spectacular view over the Lowcountry saltwater creek.
A private creek boardwalk leads to the deep-water fixed and floating docks perfect for fishing, crabbing, boating, and kayaking... or for a private reverie while observing Carolina shorebirds and coastal cloud formations.
The main floor has a second screened porch where the ebb and flow of the ocean can be heard. The master suite with king bed and spacious bathroom is also on the main floor.
On the second floor are four bedrooms - two with private baths and two that share a bath in between. Your family will have to draw straws to see who gets the bedroom with private screened porch and peek-a-boo ocean view! Also on the second floor is the laundry closet and cozy TV nook.

We enjoyed staying at Billie‘s legacy. We like the fact that it is on the inlet and very close to the beach. They house is nice and accommodates our family adequately. Litchfield Real Estate is easy to work with.
The house was very livable and comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the fact it was on the sound side of the island, which we prefer. It was only a short walk to the beach, which actually wasn't much further than the walk guests at the beach front cottages had because of their long walk on dock like walkways over the dunes. We would definitely rent it again.
The house was in great shape and we appreciated the efficiency and assistance of Litchfield Real Estate. The entire process exceeded our expectations.
