HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings.

RESORT FEE: A mandatory Resort Fee of $15 per reserved night ($210 cap) required by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA is subject to taxes and must be collected in full on each reservation.

Everything we had hoped for and more!

"First time using Litchfield Real Estate and they were the best we have ever used in 20+ years of staying in Litchfield by the Sea. The house was exactly as described with no surprises. Had an issue with the dishwasher which they handled immediately and professionaly. We needed help with an air conditioning issue (our fault as someone in our party left an upstairs door open) but they were quick to respond on a Sunday and couldn't have been nicer when we realized it was our mistake. Convenient location near the main beach access (we had golf carts) and a neighborhood pool a few doors away. Pool was never crowded. Kitchen was really convenient especially having multiple cooks...plenty of room, very well appointed (for a beach house) with a main sink and a prep sink. If you like cooking "in" this place is great. We have already booked for next year.

"All 14 fit in the house just fine. The kids enjoyed the top floor room but the sleep sofa pictured and mentioned was not there so we were a bed short. (Luckily we had an air mattress) We went used the patio morning and night. Beach walk was easy and a golf cart rental helped with lugging the gear. Pool was just a few houses down and nice size. Very slippery garage when wet so be careful! Closet had some beach gear to borrow as well. Many family meals were enjoyed together in main sitting & dining area. We have already rebooked!

"We love Litchfield by the Sea and stayed at Billy Jack's with our family of 8 adults and 3 children. It was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped, and bedrooms were spacious. We also enjoyed sitting out on the porch every night and going up to the roof to gaze at the stars each night. The garage area could have been a little cleaner as there was a lot of "stuff" that were not organized and laying around. Plus the sprinkler kept causing water to pile up in the garage area. (hence that is why I only gave it a 4 star) However, we would stay here again because of the location to the beach and pool.
