September 22nd marks the first day of fall in 2024 and it’s a beautiful time to be at the beach! The extreme heat of summer is behind us and the crowds are sparser. But it’s still sunny and warm and the beaches are always worth walking on or relaxing in a lounge chair with a good book. We have many available rentals at this time that offer reduced off-season rates and some with special deals going on.
