Pawleys Island 4th of July Parade  

Celebrate Independence Day on Pawleys Island at the 4th of July Parade! This family-fun event takes place on the island and is filled with visitors and locals showing off their patriotic spirit. Check out boats, cars, trucks decorated in red, white, and blue. The parade takes place on July 4th from 10am – 12pm.  

Salute from the Shore 

Head down to the beach for Salute from the Shore this Independence Day! Vintage Military Aircraft and F-16s from South Carolina Air National Guard’s 169th Fighter Wing at McEntire Joint National Guard Base will fly over our beaches in the Carolinas. Beachgoers along the Grand Strand will have a perfect vantage point to see the show on the coast. Flyovers begin with the F-16s, and C-17s and warbirds follow behind.

4th of July at the MarshWalk/Murrells Inlet Boat Parade 

Enjoy the holiday week in the Lowcountry and stop by the Independence celebrations at the MarshWalk on July 4th! The 40th Annual Murrells Inlet boat parade will take place at 6 PM. Admire the holiday decorated boats while they cruise through the inlet. Afterwards, enjoy live music along with great food and drinks and then stay for the Grand Strand’s largest aerial fireworks show, the Annual Fourth of July Fireworks on the MarshWalk.  

At 10PM, the sky will fill with colors for an incredible 20-plus-minute firework show. 

July 4th Concert at the Kaminski House Museum 

The annual July 4th Concert at the Kaminski House features talented members of the Indigo Choral Society. Dress in your patriotic gear and pack your favorite snacks, beach chairs, and blankets and enjoy an evening of live music and good times.
