Creek front beach house offers a stunning tidal creek view from the east side of the Litchfield Beach canal. Enjoy fine outdoor living on the creek front porch beneath the canopy of a 100-year-old live oak as well as nearly direct beach access via a short side street.
The furnished porch boasts a 52" state-of-the-art built-in grill and spiral stairs to the rooftop deck providing stunning views and gentle ocean breezes. The fenced-in backyard is convenient for guests traveling with their dogs in this pet-friendly beach home.
Fixed and floating creek docks come with a covered sitting area with lighting and electric outlet. Use the nearby public boat landing to launch kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the meandering saltmarsh creek.
Additional features include a gourmet kitchen and wet bar, game table room, large laundry room, desk with HP printer, and an elevator. A large play area on the ground floor has a ping pong table and dart board as well as access to the backyard. The ground floor also has a TV den.
The main floor provides three en suite bedrooms plus a powder room. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath are on the ground floor, accessible by internal stairs.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent of $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. For monthly stays, additional rent is $300 for one dog, $600 for two. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed. See Pet Policy on RENTAL INFO page.
LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
