POOL: The 30’ x 15’ in-ground pool with cobblestone patio surround offers 3’ shallow end, 5’ deep end and 8’ x 10’ tanning ledge. Heating is available for an additional fee and only when the outdoor temperature maintains 67 degrees or higher. Minimum 24-hour notice required for heat to take effect.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent of $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 dogs.
