Elegant second-floor (top floor), end position condo boasts screened porch with peek-a-boo ocean view. Whitewashed pecky cypress, hardwood floors, eclectic Lowcountry decor, and comfortable furnishings inspire the look and feel of a seaside cottage. The primary bedroom suite has an adjustable privacy screen between the bed and garden tub providing flat screen TV viewing from both locations.

ONE LEVEL: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 2 DOUBLES, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area, living area opens onto screened porch and sundeck overlooking pool and partial ocean view.

AMENITIES: Cable flat screen TV-2, DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, garden tub, high-pressure shower heads, washer/dryer, screened porch, sundeck with outdoor dining set, covered parking, weber grill. NO elevator.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk to beach with rinsing shower station, 2 community pools – 1 Olympic size, 1 freeform with a whirlpool, small playground, creek dock with covered gathering deck, 24-hour guarded security gate.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Flexible stays during timeframes outside of summer. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

INLET POINT: Part of a gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic and a tidal saltmarsh creek, the Inlet Point condos enjoy private access to an extensive 7-mile-long beach. A few shops and restaurants are within walkable distance from the gate. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.

Excellent Place to stay at Litchfield

"Great unit for my wife and I at Inlet Point. Very clean at arrival, all appliances in good shape and worked well. Just enough view of the ocean to feel "oceanfront". Loved having the screen and the open porch. Location is ideal. The walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes and the inlet is a nice beach walk. The canal is also very interesting with a great boardwalk with covered "gazebo" and floating dock. The folks at Litchfield Real Estate have been great to work with! This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we look forward to returning.

"Loved the location at Inlet Point- condo was clean and roomy- beds were comfortable- front door may need new lock- sometimes hard to lock & unlock , main area was very nice because of lots of seating and big TV ( if you want it for rainy days)

Glorious break from a Midwestern winter

"Loved the split balcony where half was a table and chairs in the sun and half was a screened in porch. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It is only a three minute walk to the beach. The condo has many areas inside for guests to gather in. There is a kitchen, two dining areas, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a comfortable living room. The condo is well maintained. Access is monitored 24x7 security. You can make some memories here that you will cherish.

"Lovely rental, so cozy and comfortable, we felt right at home right away. The whole place was spotless and updated. Everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided, just bring your toothbrush! Beautiful view from the patio, and a very short walk to the shore. We enjoyed walking on the beach collecting shells. Also, it's in a great location, close to everything you might need and about 20 minutes drive to Myrtle Beach. All in all, it was a perfect rental and we hope to be back!

"Myself and my husband our first visit to SC were very pleased with our stay at 15d inlet point. Seaview and a long white sandy beach within a stone’s throw,access to 2 Pools and a boardwalk out onto the Marsh to view the amazing wildlife in a covered seated area Total relaxation! The Condo itself was well equipped tastefully decorated and spotless Two verandas one enclosed both comfortably furnished Many Golfcourses in the area to choose from and a great variety of restaurants nearby Will definitely be back! "This was our 4th stay at 15D. As always we enjoy our time at Litchfield Inlet Point. The condo is situated perfectly between the pool and the ocean with a little sneak peek of the ocean. It always feels like home when we return to 15 D. Already looking ahead to next summer.
