Pecky cypress paneling, oak floors, and exposed beams contribute to the Lowcountry character found within. The split floor plan provides private sleeping quarters. Enjoy the updated and fully equipped galley kitchen or take a break and stroll to a few select dining venues just down the road. An ice machine and extra fridge are conveniently located on ground level.
The small community boat landing is located right around the corner - perfect for launching kayaks and Jon boats to explore the tidal canal and saltmarsh creek.

GROUND FLOOR: 2 en suite bedrooms (1.5 baths) with mini split climate control and separate outside entries, laundry room with large ice machine, grilling patio, enclosed outdoor shower. Outside entry only to ground floor rooms.

IMPROVEMENTS: Kitchen is brighter and more functional than ever before with new deep sinks complete with tall faucet set, new built-in cooktop and hood, new wood-look flooring, fresh paint, and mini wall-mounted TV. Both ground floor bedrooms have been refreshed with paint, new flooring, new bed covers and mini split climate control.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival.
BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: The private beach boardwalk, leading from the oceanfront screened porch, provides a rinsing shower, sundeck on the near end, and built-in benches with spectacular view on the far end. A small public boat launch is located one street over on Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays only.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Bringing a dog must be made known at the time of booking. Additional rent is $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. For monthly stays, $300 for one or $600 for two. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.
