Three furnished screened porches bring the charm of Pawleys' north end into this two-story beach home. The spacious kitchen and dining area are adjacent to the largest porch commanding a spectacular view over the tidal saltwater creek.
A private creek boardwalk leads to the fixed and floating docks, perfect for fishing, crabbing, boating, and kayaking… or just watching the shorebirds and cloud formations.
The second screened porch on the main floor is where to listen for the ocean’s ebb and flow marking island time. Also on the main floor is the primary bedroom suite with king bed, TV, and spacious bathroom.
On the top floor are four bedrooms - two en suite and two share a bath in between. You may have to draw straws to see who gets the bedrooms with screened porch access and peek-a-boo ocean view! Also on the second floor is the laundry closet and a cozy TV nook.

SECOND FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN en suite w/porch access, 1 QUEEN w/porch access, 2 DOUBLES en suite, 2 SINGLES, 3 full baths total, TV den, full size washer/dryer closet.
AMENITIES: Cable TV-3, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, booster seat, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, fireplace, TV den, grill, 3 screened porches, spacious covered parking, enclosed outdoor shower w/hot and cold, private boardwalk to covered creek dock plus floating dock, public boat landing nearby, beach gear credit. Numerous home improvements were completed in 2022.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays
LENGTH OF STAY: 7-night minimum stays year-round. Saturday to Saturday in summer.
