MAIN FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 KING, 2 QUEENS, 2 SINGLES, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining area, living area, large oceanfront sunroom with TV den, dry bar and two 4-top game tables and access to oceanfront sundeck.
GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 2 SINGLES, 1 DOUBLE sleeper sofa, 1 bath, laundry room, 2 carports. Ground floor bedroom has outside entrance only.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-7 (living room, sunroom, all bedrooms), internet access, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, ice machine (in kitchen), minifridge (in ground BR) ceiling fans, washer/dryer, grill, covered parking, circular drive, private boardwalk to beach w/rinsing shower, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent of $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. For monthly stays, additional rent is $300 for one dog, $600 for two. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed. See Pet Policy on RENTAL INFO page.
LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch.
