Winter Rental Information

Off Season in the Litchfield Beach and Pawleys Island area falls between October 1 and March 31. Monthly winter reservations are 30 days or longer. While monthly stays provide incredible savings, rates vary depending on which months are booked and the total length of stay.

Most monthly rental agreements require rent plus electric, departure clean and refundable security deposit. Stays of 90 days or longer have the added benefit of avoiding state and local hospitality taxes – another great way to save!
