Traditional beach house offers close proximity to beach access and comfortable outdoor living with two furnished screened porches. Guests will love the new shabby-chic decor and comfortable furnishings.
The main floor features private floor plan with central common areas opening out to a screened porch from the living area on one end and from the kitchen on the other. Two bedrooms with full size Jack & Jull bath in between are located on either side of the central living areas. One side of the main floor has a bedroom with a King bed and the other with a Double and Single. On the opposite side, one bedroom also has a King bed and the other has two Singles.
The ground level bedrooms have exterior access only under the carport. One bedroom has two Singles; the other has a Single. They share a full bath in between. All ground floor rooms were given a fresh new look in early 2017 with new flooring, refinished walls with charming chair-rail detailing, and large flat screen TV.
Stroll over the footbridge to the tidal-fed saltmarsh to spot herons hidden in the marsh grass and fiddler crabs scrambling on pluff mud at low tide. The nearby small public boat ramp makes it easy to launch small fishing boats and kayaks.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. The house was very roomy for our group of 8. Great location and everything was very neat, especially enjoyed the front porch.
Once again, a great vacation! The weather could have done better, but it was relaxing and restful.
Truly a great place to stay!
