Yes we had some problems, but they were quickly, professonally, & courteously resolved. The problems were not in any way the fault of your agency. A very special "Thank You" to Maxine Carpenter!! Many kudos to her and the 2 agency owners that were all kind enough to meet with us and offer solutions. The caring & consideration to alleviate the problem were greatly appreciated and an excellent example of your professionalism!! You all were very willing to assist with this problem in any way you could. We would definately return & use your angency as a rental resource.
