A two-minute walk from this centrally located Inlet Point condo will put you on the beach in one direction and on the creek in the other. Comfortably furnished second floor condo offers screened porch and sundeck overlooking one of two pools. The primary bedroom suite has an adjustable privacy screen between the bedroom and garden tub.

ONE LEVEL: (2 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 2 DOUBLES, 1 QUEEN sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area, living area opens onto screened porch and sundeck overlooking pool.

AMENITIES: Cable TV-2 (flat screen), DVD-2, Bose stereo, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, pack-n-play, Queen sleeper sofa, single roll-away bed, garden tub, screened porch, sun deck with outdoor dining set, washer/dryer, covered parking. NO elevator.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk to beach with rinsing shower station, 2 community pools – 1 Olympic size, 1 freeform with a whirlpool, small playground, creek dock with covered gathering deck, 24-hour guarded security gate.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Flexible stays during timeframes outside of summer. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

INLET POINT: Part of a gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic and a tidal saltmarsh creek, the Inlet Point condos enjoy private access to an extensive 7-mile-long beach. A few shops and restaurants are within walkable distance from the gate. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.

"Very spacious for our crowd of 5, awesome quick walk to beach and crabbing dock, immediate access to pool walk for the kiddos( after water logged from beach ), very clean, and LOVED every minute of it!! Thanks for the 15% disc after 8/4- we stayed another night because of it. Would book again!! Condo as expected according to website. Loved the less commercialism and local businesses. Mostly private, quiet, and friendly area. Thanks for a wonderful “forever memory”. ❤️❤️❤️

"We had a great time and the condo location was great. We could not get the TV’s in bedrooms to work at all - kept saying no signal. We finally got the TV in the living room to work but the directions provided were not at all accurate. We kept punching buttons on two remotes until we got the TV to come on. The condo could have been cleaned better and is a little run down. Probably wouldn’t rent it again unless nothing else was available.

"We love Inlet Point, we have stayed in several different places there. We did like Inlet Point 18B. I will say it is a little dated, especially the floors. There are several places where the floor is sagging. Other than that, this was a great place, we would probably come back.

"We had a great time at Pawley's Island. The condo, Inlet Point 18B, was spacious and comfortable and accommodated the seven in our family very well. The short walk to the beach was easy and served to separate us from beach noise. It was great to relax, cook in, and enjoy the area without the commercialism found in other places.
