HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For stays of 6 nights or longer, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less, rental BATH linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. What a perfect house and great beach! We had a perfect family vacation! The house made it so much fun! We want to rent it again next year! The children did now want it to be over - no one did!
Pawleys Island is a very special place. The only hotels are two small ancient inns and there is only small condo complex, with zoning preventing any more. It is basically single family homes, on the ocean or marsh or sometimes both. This house has its porch on the side which we love as the living area is a sea of windows looking out to to the ocean.
10 Years in a row and counting - this is the perfect beach vacation spot. The house is roomy/spacious and nicely furnished. The location is ideal. Mnay great restaurants nearby and Lowe's grocery store delivers groceries now!
