We truly enjoyed the house. It was set up perfectly for our needs. The bottom two bedrooms, full bathroom, and living space is separate from upstairs and worked perfect for our 18, 20, and 22 year old. Great location, easy access to the beach, town, bike trails, and great tennis courts in town. The house is bright and charming with a wonderfully updated kitchen. The deck and front porch is adequately furnished and comfortable. The only issue we had was a few of the beds were uncomfortable, but I'm told the owner took this complaint seriously, and is replacing those mattresses. We would definitely stay again.
It was really clean and nicely furnished, even though it was an older property. The management company was great to work with and repaired any issues that came up as quickly as possible. A short walk to the beach and two decks for enjoying the sea breezes made the stay even better. The ice cold air conditioning was perfect after a day in the sun. Most of all, the downstairs bedrooms and living area were perfect for the teens and young adults in the family.
The location of this house is perfect. Close to the beach, grocery store and easy access to main highway. It was very clean when we got there. The back deck overlooking the canal was a great place for coffee in the morning. We were able to rent kayaks and have them delivered as soon as we arrived.
