We have been coming to Pawleys Island with our children since 1971 and we have rented houses from the south end to the north end. Orginally we shared a house with my brother's family [who lived in a different town]so that our children could spend time togather when they were growing up. Now that we are grandparents our children, who now live in different cities, insist that the Pawleys family vacation tradition continues so their children can know their cousins and have their own memories of the beach, the Gray Man, and Alice.
