Pollinator Playground at Brookgreen Gardens – August 1 – September 14, 2025

Pollinator Playground invites you to explore the world as a hungry pollinator!

Fly, leap, climb, or crawl your way through this family-friendly exhibition and see what it takes for a pollinator to survive, help the world’s plants thrive, and, in the process, feed the world!

Before you begin your adventure, learn the ins and outs of pollination at Pollinator Basic Training. Then, use your knowledge to find your way through the maze. As you visit flowers and avoid threats, you will need a little luck and good survival instincts to steer clear of dead ends.

Along your journey, hang like a hummingbird, leap like a lemur, and glide like a bee. But beware of the spider’s sticky web! Tackle these high-energy, full-body challenges to gain an appreciation for the physical abilities and special adaptations pollinators use to collect sweet nectar and protein-packed pollen.
