We have stayed on the north end of Pawleys Island for over 30 years. About 4 years ago we decided that with children now married and grandchildren arriving, we needed more space. We had watched Billy's Legacy being built while staying nearby and were underwhelmed by it's external charm. We had always stayed in old beach house types. When we saw the interior, we were sold. It has a well thought out floor plan and wonderful views of the creek and the ocean. With four little girls and lots of equipment to take to the beach, we would like to be closer to the beach but we could never give up the creek. Sitting on the dock is my favorite beach activity. We crab and kayak and have cocktails watching the sunset. Just writing this makes me want to go this weekend.
