just ok...
The location and view is great. The apartment was clean but needs update. Apparently the owners have pets and dog/cat odor/dander is mildly present. If you're allergic to animals be aware !
Check out procedure is confrontational - "do this and this or we'll charge you at least..."
I would not mind paying an extra $40 to have them take out all the trashes, strip the beds, run the dishwasher and put up the dishes. It would be a much nicer end to a vacation.
Thank you for your review of Inlet Point 13C! It is an interval ownership condo, and the rules are very specific that pets, whether belonging to owners or renters, are not allowed. It would be surprising there would be animal dander present. We hate you saw what we ask all our renters to do as being confrontational. The key packages simply ask guests to "wash and put away dishes; remove all trash to outside garbage cans; empty refrigerator, remove trash, used soaps, etc.; collect towels and sheets in one place on the floor". That is exactly what all rental companies ask for in our area, and in our discussions with other nationwide rental managers, that is pretty standard with everyone.

everything was wonderful, had stayed at the Litchfield inn for the last 20 years, never again as long as I can stay here
