Our family of 4 enjoyed this property, especially the perfect ocean view from both the family room balcony & master br balcony. It's a 2 level property, and its a long hike to the ocean, as you have to go all the way to the back of property to enter the walkways. Disappointing kitchen items...mismatched coffee maker that didn't brew decent coffee despite our best efforts, and not a single decent knife or a single wine glass - glad I brought my own! If owners put $500 in kitchen items & also re-stuff the family room pillows - very slouchy - and also a piece or two of art on the master BR wall...literally, there was nothing on the walls, it would be so much better. Oh, and please fix the ice maker!!! We like to take a small cooler to the beach, and it was nuts to fill ice trays every day! Probably would look elsewhere next year.

This condo literally changed ownership the week before your stay and we know the new owners are looking forward to making some positive improvements. We found the view amazing. The kitchen was well equipped for a big group. What was missing though was a closet on the main floor. We would recommend this condo.

Upon arrival on Saturday we had a note on two showers stating that they could not be used until Monday morning. We went back to the rental office and asked to be moved but nothing else was available. The rental office contacted the owner and the owner agreed to take $160 off the rental for our inconvenience. Once we were able to use the shower we noticed mold around the base of the shower. The toilet in the master bedroom ran and needs to be repaired or replaced. There was a note on the dryer saying not to leave unattended because it would not turn off automatically. There was a separate icemaker but it too had a note on it saying not to use it. We were invited to other condos in this complex that had been updated and there was no comparison. In all fairness, our condo was spacious and had a great view as I previously stated but it is definite need of updating, We liked the complex and the location and would consider renting there again but would compare, The price for the six day rental seemed reasonable but we would check into other units in the complex if we went back
We feel we need to correct some information in your review. There were not two showers that were out-of-service, there was one. It did have two doors going into that bathroom, but only the one shower. The problem unfortunately ,was a leak in the wall and thus the homeowners association had to make that repair. We were not allowed to have someone over to fix it because it had to be done through the association. The owner however did give you a discount for your trouble. This shower was fixed on Monday after your Saturday arrival. During the telephone calls regarding the shower you did not mention the toilet running. The icemaker does not work, and we don't advertise a separate icemaker for this unit (there is one in the refrigerator). The owner is removing the icemaker so that there is no further confusion. The dryer does have a note on it as reflected in your review, and the owner will look into making sure this is repaired. Thanks for staying with us!
We enjoyed Pawley's Island. It was much less crowded & not touristy like Myrtle Beach. The condo was very big and fit 4 adults and 3 kids very comfortably. The 2 balconies were great. The fixtures (faucets, shower doors, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, etc.) are in need of replacing, but overall the condo was clean and functional.
The property had great tennis courts & pools. It took just a few minutes to walk to the beach. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Great rental unit. Good location and easy access to everything in Litchfield and Pawleys. Only complaint was the mold issue in the master bathroom shower. Needs to have some repair work done - removing the sealant, de-molding, and resealing. Other than that, had everything we needed. Great oceanfront view, short walk to the pool, covered parking. Highly recommend.

There were six of us total, three generations. Grand daughters loved that they had their own room. Spacey, clean, (almost like home), convenient and great location 20 miles south of Myrtle beach (we like that we were not in MB proper.
The condo was huge!!! The view was wonderful--just sand and ocean!!! The location of the condo is great since it is a gated community and it is not crowded. Nice pool and tennis courts available. The people at Litchfield Real Estate were very nice and efficient. The cleaning crew could do a better job(ie. the floors were dirty and the dishes in the cupboards were not clean). I did not like the idea of stripping the beds before we left. But all in all, it was a great place to vacation!

Sorry the condo wasn't as clean as it should have been - in the future please give us a call and we will have a housekeeper come back out to "make it right". Our stay at Sandpaper Run could not have been more perfect. Love the ocean, beautiful weather and our condo was perfect with ample room. Clean, plenty of space, decor was beautiful. Can't say enough about our stay and would recommend. As a matter of fact I already have. Thanks so much.

We have stayed in this same condo for the last 8 years running. We come back every year because it is well appointed with all of the necessities when away from home. The unit has everything you need to entertain or serve your family. I only have 1 complaint in the years I have stayed here and it is that the masterbedroom needs a new mattress. Otherwise, all is great! We will continue to return every year.

Location of unit is great. Ocean front with beautiful view. Our only complaint was that the unit was very poorly furnished. We did not even have any coat hangers to hang up clothes. Other needed items were mentioned in critique given to Litchfield Realty

Enjoyed the stay. Very comfortable place. Great view of the beach every morning. Only negative was smelly elevators which had nothing to do with the condo itself. would recommend it to anyone.

The home was wonderful and very peaceful! We picked our key up and was given the wrong key ( human error ), we had to wait 1 hour with 3 kids for someone to show up and give us the correct key. Overall the experience was good. The pools and resort area was well kept and clean. Some of the bath faucets and drains needed to be replaced or "maintained" to function better. We had a great time.

We have stayed in this condo for the last 5 years. The owners have really left a personal touch in the unit and our family enjoys coming back year after year, to their home away from home. The unit is well appointed with decorator touches and has all the housewares needed to entertain company, watching the sunset during happy hour before hosting dinner or driving to the many local wonderful restaurants that are within a 5-10 minute ride.
