“Great family space”

We liked the layout of the house and the location. Since we rent two houses for our family, it was great to have it close to the other house. The kitchen was well supplied and organized so that made it easier to feed a large crowd.

THIS IA THE BEST VALUE WE HAVE FOUND AND SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH. ONLY A THREE MINUTE WALK. THERE ARE TWO PUBLIC BEACH BOARD WALKS TO THE BEACH. WE HAVE RENTED THIS HOUSE AND OTHERS AND THIS ONE FITS OUR NEEDS. IT IS WELL EQUIPED AND WE USE IT FOR AN OVERFLOW HOUSE FOR ANOTHER HOUSE A FAMILY MEMBER HAS IN THE SAME LOCATION.

“Laid back and happy”

This house is a great value. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is huge and well stocked and the living room has two recliners which are very comfortable. Nice screened porch and just steps from beach access. No frills, but very clean and well laid out. And the price is very reasonable for Litchfield! And BTW 2 outdoor showers!!!
