“Great family vacation”

We have rented this house for a number of years and continue to want to stay here because its size and location fit our family and lifestyle perfectly. The screened porch and room arrangement are just right for our annual “movable feast”!

“Great Time”

A modest but very nice clean house with easy beach access. That section of the island is also very quiet with minimal traffic. Nice large porch will accomodate the entire crowd at the same time. The downstairs bedrooms do not have an inside stairway to the upstairs, but that is a minor issue. I would definitely return again – good value for the price.

THIS IA THE BEST VALUE WE HAVE FOUND AND SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH. ONLY A THREE MINUTE WALK. THERE ARE TWO PUBLIC BEACH BOARD WALKS TO THE BEACH. WE HAVE RENTED THIS HOUSE AND OTHERS AND THIS ONE FITS OUR NEEDS. IT IS WELL EQUIPED AND WE USE IT FOR AN OVERFLOW HOUSE FOR ANOTHER HOUSE A FAMILY MEMBER HAS IN THE SAME LOCATION.

This house is a great value. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is huge and well stocked and the living room has two recliners which are very comfortable. Nice screened porch and just steps from beach access. No frills, but very clean and well laid out. And the price is very reasonable for Litchfield! And BTW 2 outdoor showers!!!
