My family has spent several weeks of vacation at My Shell over the last 5 to 7 years and enjoyed each very much. We like the location and though it is an older house, it is well maintained and provides for a comfortable situation for a rather large group. Looking forward to staying again !

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Our Shell. The house is well maintained and is great for a large group with older kids. The enclosed outside shower (with hot and cold water) is great when you come off of the beach covered in sand. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. We loved the front porch and the rockers.

Great South Litchfield Vacation Rental – Nickas House

The Nickas house, located second row in South Litchfield, is the perfect spot for a family get-together! With its five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, it comfortably sleeps 15! Nickas is just a two minute walk to the beach, and is a popular choice with many of our guests – see some of their thoughts below:

“Great Vacation Home”

A great place to spend time with your family. The walk to the beach isn’t that far, plus the front porch allows you the opportunity to hear the ocean as you relax. Really a nice place to stay on vacation. My family were there last year and will be there again this year.

“Even Better Than Before”

My family stayed here for several years in a row more than a decade ago. We decided to return but I have to admit I was a bit concerned whether it would be as good as we all remembered. IT WAS EVEN BETTER! The house was very well maintained and there were many upgrades and improvements. We love the screened in porch that we remembered and the new sunroom that had been added on to the back. The kitchen is fully equipped and we ended up staying home most nights and cooking a family dinner. We all loved being just across from the ocean and spent lots of time on the beautiful beach. We hope to restart our family tradition of visiting each summer!

The Myers House – Second Row South Litchfield Rental

The Myers house, located second-row at South Litchfield, is a great house for a family! With five bedrooms, four baths, it comfortably sleeps 14. Very easy access to the beach – you can be stretched out on the sand in about two minutes! Here is what some guests have said about the Myers house:

Enjoyed the house, closeness to the beech, the lady w/ your company and how she got what we needed, etc. Thanks

This house was a great weekend getaway destination for a group of 12. This house met our needs and what we were looking for at a great price. We were able to comfortably fit a large group in this space and really enjoyed the front porch. Great beach access as well.
