The location of the house is great. Not on the beach, but at the walkway to the beach. Canal on back side of house was added bonus. Plenty of room for all of our family. We did not get in the way of each other, but were close enough to enjoy ourselves. All eleven of us had a great time and will come back in the future.

We have stayed on the north end of Pawleys Island for over 30 years. About 4 years ago we decided that with children now married and grandchildren arriving, we needed more space. We had watched Billy’s Legacy being built while staying nearby and were underwhelmed by it’s external charm. We had always stayed in old beach house types. When we saw the interior, we were sold. It has a well thought out floor plan and wonderful views of the creek and the ocean. With four little girls and lots of equipment to take to the beach, we would like to be closer to the beach but we could never give up the creek. Sitting on the dock is my favorite beach activity. We crab and kayak and have cocktails watching the sunset. Just writing this makes me want to go this weekend.

We loved the layout, including the multiple living areas (the front sitting room, the main living room and the downstairs living area). We enjoyed the beautiful view of the creek, especially in the mornings and at sundown! This house is very nicely furnished. The owners have helped to give this house a lot of character. We absolutely loved the house. Was definitely large enough to accommodate our growing families. It was comfortable. Location was a question before we arrived, but our golf cart made the trek to the beach a piece of cake. The dock was fantastic for fishing, sunning or taking out the kayaks. The multiple living areas were great..nice for sending the kids downstairs to have their own space..really like the sun room, especially in the mornings. Kitchen was well equipped. Table was nice and big. Ice machine was a nice extra. And the elevator was great for bringing in groceries as well as for luggage. We hope to visit again soon”
